HapMap Control Individuals

We have genotyped 270 control samples from the HapMap Panel. These samples are from the following populations:

• 90 of African (Yoruba) heritage
  • 30 sets of samples (trios)
  • each trio = 2 parents + 1 child
• 90 of Asian heritage
  • 45 Japanese unrelated from Tokyo area
  • 45 Chinese unrelated from Beijing
• 90 of Caucasian heritage from CEPH
  • 30 sets of samples (trios)
  • each trio = 2 parents + 1 child

Note that frequency results are shown only for the 210 individuals that are not children.
